I hereby agree to pay the price listed above for the vehicle. I am happy with the condition of the vehicle which I have test drove and checked and I have no rights to pick faults at a later date. If I choose to return the vehicle within 30 days under the consumer rights act, I will be liable for any damage cause to the vehicle and any additional mileage added to the vehicle will be charged@ £2 per mile. Any returns are the responsibility of the customer at their cost. ( RETURN TO TM CAR SALES LTD). All aftersales enquires are to be done via email to aftersales@tmcarsales.co.uk. These will be responded to within 24 hours. This is only in emergencies as the warranty provider will be the first point of contact.
